The Formline F900 measuring systems combine form and roughness measurement in a single measurement sequence. With one probing system, you can measure form, roughness and twist of the part. The probing force can be set automatically and measuring position-individually via software.
Both small and very large workpieces can be measured fully automatically. This system convinces with a short time requirement for alignment and the measurement cycle. The possibility of fully automatic measuring runs saves additional time and thus resources. The Formline F900 measuring system has a compact instrument table with integrated vibration isolators and storage space for computers and system electronics.

- Highly accurate air bearing rotary table with outstanding rigidity for consistently high precision
- High resolution with 0.1 μm in the R/Z axis and 360,000 points in the C axis
