For demanding machining operations, e.g. for contoured shapes and complex geometries the machine can be equipped with an NC tilting/rotary table (C- on A-axis):
- Complete machining in a single setup (5-sided machining)
- Optimized precision and accuracy
- Tilting and rotary movements are performed on the workpiece side, allowing for short distances on the linear axes
- Torque motors on both sides of the A-Axis ensure symetrical delivery of power and torque to the Rotate and Tilt Table
