Based on advanced blue light scanning technology, the PrimeScan is Hexagon’s entry-level structured light scanner. Combining low-weight and a small form factor, the PrimeScan still packs high-resolution scanning technology into its compact casing. Available with a choice of resolution and field of view options to meet the needs of every small-to-medium measurement application, PrimeScan is an incredibly versatile scanning solution that’s ready for the quality room or the shop-floor. The system can be applied manually for small batch measurements, and is also compatible with automated and semi-automated setups for higher productivity measurement, such as with the PartInspect structured light scanning automation concept or in tandem with a turntable or turn-tilt unit.
